What happens at the end of my trial?
A member of our support team will email you before your trial ends. From there, you can choose from one of our four plans with a credit card, or contact our sales team if you'd rather pay by invoice. Your trial will become your permanent employment testing account with all customizations, data, and actions included.
What are credits?
Credits represent the total number of hiring tests you can assign. One credit will be used any time you assign a detailed employment test to a candidate.
How does the 30-day free trial?
Once you create your account, you can immediately access all of TestUP's pre-employment testing features for 30 days. During this time you will be able to identify which plan will fit your business best. No credit card information is required during the free trial.
How will you bill me?
We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay by credit card online. Contact us if you have any questions or trouble with our employment tests.
